The Personnel Office provides full personnel and human resources services to all academic and administrative units of the institution.  The primary responsibilities of the Personnel Office include managing the institution’s manpower needs, appointments and dismissals, salary adjustments, promotions, inter-unit transfers, training, leaves of absence, insurance, retirement, welfare, and pensions.
